Every company says it has a mission. Most of them are a sentence somebody wrote for the website and nobody has read since. I didn’t want that for XTRACT Ai. So I want to lay out, in plain words, why we exist, where we’re going, and the values we actually make decisions with, because if you work with us you deserve to know what’s driving the people in your corner.
Why we exist
We exist to multiply what founders have been given: their gifts, their talents, their companies and their resources.
There’s a story Jesus told about a master who leaves three servants with different amounts of money before he goes away. Two of them put it to work and multiply it. The third one is afraid, so he digs a hole and buries it. When the master comes back, the first two hear “well done.” The third one just hands back exactly what he was given, and that’s the one that gets called out.
I see that third servant in a lot of founders right now, and I don’t say that as a criticism, because I was him for years. They have real gifts, a real company and real people. But they’re scared of falling behind, they’re buried in the noise, and they’re too busy to lean in. Ai is coming for every company whether we like it or not, and a lot of really good founders are responding by digging the hole a little deeper and hoping it passes.
We help them dig it up and put it to work. Then we help them multiply it through their organization and their teams, so their people can step into the Ai era and not get left behind by it. We aim at serving people and building things that matter. When you aim at the right thing, everything else follows.
What we actually do
We’re a growth partner for modern founders. These are founders who know Ai is coming, want to do something about it, and don’t have the time to lean in. They need an expert in their corner.
So we become your growth team. We build the systems, run the marketing and drive the Ai, so it actually gets done. And we walk with you as you become the leader you were meant to be, because the business can’t grow past the founder, and the founder can’t grow if they’re stuck in the middle of every decision.
We’re not another Ai offer. There are a thousand of those, and most of them are a tool looking for a problem. We’re the people who sit with you, figure out the one thing that matters most right now, build it, and teach your team to run it.
Where we’re going
We call it our North Star aim, and it doesn’t have a deadline, because it’s not the kind of thing you finish. It’s the kind of thing worth working hard toward for the rest of your life.
We want to be a Kingdom-led growth company that multiplies founders, their businesses and their people for generations.
Ai is changing what work is. The machines are going to do more and more of the work, and that scares a lot of people. But I think it means people get to do more of the meaning. More leading. More creating. More serving. More building relationships and building things that matter. That’s the future we’re building toward.
Here’s what it looks like when it’s real:
- We grow with the founders we serve. A set group of clients we work with year after year, who love what we do because we’ve helped them grow so much. We don’t just bill them. We partner with them, so when they win, we win together.
- We teach what we’re best in the world at. Driving Ai, building growth systems, and leading in this new era. Wherever founders and their teams need to be equipped, we show up and teach.
- We multiply beyond ourselves. Training, courses and academies that give real value to founders and their teams, so the mission reaches way further than any one person. The people we train go on to train others.
Why is that worth the hard work? Because Ai isn’t going anywhere. The founders who build on the rock, with a clear vision, real values and the right systems, will lead their industries and their families for generations. The ones who build on the sand will get washed out by the next wave. We get to help people build on the rock. That’s work that outlasts all of us.
The values we decide with
These aren’t wall art. They’re the things we actually use when a decision is hard.
1. Kingdomism first
We seek His kingdom before our own. Everything we build is for the Kingdom. You don’t have to share that to work with us, but it’s the reason we tell the truth, serve at a high level and care whether your business is still standing for your kids. Matthew 6:33.
2. Multiply
We don’t bury talent out of fear. We put it to work and multiply it, in clients, in teams and in people. We want to leave everything more fruitful than we found it. Matthew 25:21.
3. Leadership is service
We lead by serving. Everyone gets served at a high level, and nobody gets left behind. That includes your team. Ai should be the reason your people become more than they were, not the reason you let them go. Mark 10:45.
4. Own it with excellence
Full ownership of results. We work hard on work that matters, and nothing mediocre goes out the door with our name on it. Colossians 3:23.
5. Get real
We tell the truth about where we are and the results we want. That goes for us and for our clients. It’s the first step of everything we do, because you can’t fix what you won’t look at. Proverbs 27:23.
6. Mission-led, for generations
Vision before money. Aim at the right thing and the rest follows. We want to build what matters for generations, and we want to work with founders who want the same. Psalm 145:4.
